Purchases can only be made on www.deliziaestense.it once a user has completed the free registration process. In order to do this, users must fill out the form provided with their personal information and authorize data processing. Soc. Agr. Eredi Bertoni Sante reserves the right to communicate personal data to third parties but will only do this to fulfill the purposes set out in these general terms and conditions of sale. Registration will be confirmed via email. The buyer will receive confirmation of the log-in details they entered during the registration phase. These can be used to log into the site at any time to make purchases.
Products bought on the www.deliziaestense.it website can only be paid for via PayPal. User and account details are encrypted and are sent straight to the payment processor. Soc. Agr. Eredi Bertoni Sante does not have access to payment details entered and has no way of storing these.
