The tenor will perform a selection of opera arias and Italian pop music, accompanied on the piano by Marinella Dell'Eva and the Quintetto Nova Amadeus ensemble, led by conductor Mirca Rosciani.

An internationally renowned tenor.

After his success as a competitor on Amici di Maria De Filippi in 2009, Matteo Macchioni has performed on some of the most prestigious stages in the world, bringing to life the works of composers such as Rossini, Puccini, and Mozart. In 2020 he celebrated 10 years of career with a concert in his hometown of Sassuolo. In the coming months he will return to the international scene with Rossini’s La Cenerentola at the Royal Opera in Copenhagen.

An unforgettable experience.

The concert will be held in Montegibbio, inside a natural amphitheater that’s been purposely set up in the courtyard of our Acetaia. The hills surrounding the city of Sassuolo, together with the Trebbiano and Grasparossa vineyards, will serve as the perfect setting for an unforgettable evening of music immersed in nature.

A toast to music.

In addition to the concert, you can book an aperitif at 8:00 PM, just a few steps from the open air amphitheater. It will be an opportunity to taste our PDO and PGI Balsamic Vinegars of Modena paired with local cheese and cured meats, with a glass of our very own wine.
